Hospice at Home For Carers & Family

While supporting patients, the Hospice at Home team build up a close relationship with the immediate family and extend their support into the bereavement period.

The team are also able to offer night sits to families they are supporting. Our night sits allow carers and family members to get some well-deserved rest, secure in the knowledge that their loved one will be cared for in the comfort of their own home with the individual support that they need.

The service is provided between the hours of 10pm and 7am by a team of Healthcare Assistants, supported by an on-call Hospice at Home Registered Nurse.
