Diversional Therapy

Volunteers work in Diversional Therapy and are based in the Day Hospice under the guidance of the lead Diversional Therapist.

Volunteers help patients and carers with arts and crafts, as well as helping the team develop and introduce fresh ideas.

Diversional Therapy volunteers should have an artistic and creative ability, as well as being empathetic and a good listener. Full training is available.
