Dedicate a light on our tree to remember a loved one this Christmas

We know that everyone misses a cherished family member or friend, especially at Christmas time. Supporting our Light Up a Life campaign means that you can truly honour and remember that person.

By choosing to Light Up a Life, you are not only remembering your loved ones but helping support and fund all the good work the Hospice does within the community. Those you are dedicating a light to through the campaign, do not have to have been cared for by the Hospice. It is an opportunity for all to remember those special people we have lost and celebrate their lives.

As part of your dedication an entry of your loved one’s name will go into our Book of Remembrance, available to view at our Light Up a Life services and at The Shakespeare Hospice in Shottery until Twelfth Night.

The lights on the Christmas tree in Bridge St will be dedicated to all those remembered in our Light Up a Life campaign.

If you'd like make a donation, you can make your donation online here or contact the Hospice here to discuss how to make donations directly.

To include your dedication in the Book of Remembrance please complete and return the Dedication sheet downloaded here.

Light Up A Life leaflets will be available nearer the time, you will find them in our shops or from the Hospice reception desk.
