Golf Day

Join us on Tuesday 22nd September 2020 at Stratford on Avon Golf Club for our fantastic Golf Day to in aid of The Shakespeare Hospice.

In conjunction with the PGA, the Hospice will be providing teams of 3 a day filled with friendly competition, great networking and opportunities to win some superb prizes….all whilst playing on the fabulous Stratford on Avon Golf Club course and picking up some valuable tips from the Pro’s.

This exciting charity Golf Day includes:

- PGA organised 18 hole tournament

IMPORTANT NOTICE

In accordance with government advice, The Shakespeare Hospice has taken the decision to postpone all fundraising events up to the end of June until further notice. The Fundraising team have taken precautions to safeguard members of the public by issuing guidance to anyone taking part in any activities being organised in aid of by our supporters, to limit the potential spread of Covid-19. You can also download a copy of this guidance here.

Please observe the following measures to limit the potential spread of Covid 19 before attending the event or fundraising activity:

- If you have a persistent new cough and/or a high temperature please self-isolate for 7 days, telephone NHS 111 if symptoms worsen, please do not attend the event

- If you have travelled abroad and recently returned, please do not attend the event.

- If you have any underlying health conditions, we advise you to consider not attending this event.

What we will do:

- Ensure hand washing facilities are available

- Provide hand sanitizers for use on arrival at the event

- Issue leaflets prior to an event or on arrival with NHS guidance.

- Ask event participants to confirm that they have not travelled abroad recently or displayed symptoms of a persistent new cough and/or a high temperature

The Shakespeare Hospice recognises the impact of Covid 19 will have to many businesses and charities, we will now be operating in very challenging times to maintain the financial stability for the Hospice. We will continue to work hard to raise the funds we desperately need. On behalf of our staff and patients, thank you for your continued support.
