1920s Glitz & Glamour

Sparkling dresses, tuxedos and feathered hairbands were on show at the Heritage Motor Museum on Saturday 15th November at the Crystal Ball, celebrating the Hospice’s 15th anniversary.

The evening started with a private drinks reception in the Museum. Guests mingled amongst the collection of over 200 historic British vehicles before making their way up to dinner in the prestigious rooftop Kestrel Suite.

Guests enjoyed a menu of Cream of Butternut Squash & Sweet Potato Soup, followed by Chicken Breast stuffed with Red Pepper and sun-dried Tomato Mousse, served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes. Pudding was a delicious traditional Sticky Toffee Pudding.

The evening was a great success with nearly £19,000 raised for the Hospice.

Thank you to the Heritage Motor Centre for their support, along with many other groups, organisations and individuals who contributed to the event.
