Student Ambassadors run Easter Egg Hunt to raise money for The Shakespeare Hospice

Tuesday 21 March 2017

Student Ambassadors of The Shakespeare Hospice have come together to raise money for the hospice.

Students from Stratford Girls’ Grammar School, Alcester Grammar School, King Edward VI School and Henley in Arden School are organizing a student-lead Easter Egg Hunt. On Sunday 9th April at the hospice in Shottery, the Ambassadors are inviting families to start the Easter Holidays with an ‘egg-citing’ Easter Egg Hunt!

As well as the main attraction, there will be a variety of arts and crafts activities to take part in and also a raffle – all for a great cause.

The Student Ambassadors are made up of past and present volunteers who have worked in the Hospice shops or in the Hospice itself. Himani who has been involved with the Hospice since 2014 says “Being able to organise and lead on an event has been a really rewarding process so far. It’s great that we can all come together to raise money for our local Hospice which provides amazing services to our community.”
